Refund Policy

AtlasMC store products are digital in-game items, commands, ranks, virtual currency, keys, cosmetics or perks delivered automatically after payment confirmation.

• At checkout, the buyer requests immediate digital delivery after payment confirmation.
• Once the digital item has been delivered, consumed, used or assigned to the Minecraft username, refunds may be refused where legally permitted.
• Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

• Duplicate accidental payment for the same product where only one delivery was intended.
• Confirmed non-delivery caused by AtlasMC systems that staff cannot fix by redelivery.
• Incorrect delivery caused by a server-side error, not by a wrong username entered by the buyer.
• Fraud/unauthorized payment cases after reasonable investigation and required evidence.

• Wrong Minecraft username entered by the buyer.
• Change of mind after digital delivery.
• Account bans or punishments caused by rule violations.
• Loss of access caused by the buyer losing their Minecraft account or violating platform/server rules.
• Claims opened directly through PayPal without first contacting support when support could have fixed delivery.

• Contact support with Minecraft username, order ID, PayPal transaction/capture ID if available, email used at checkout and a clear description.
• Requests should be made as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of purchase.
• Staff may offer redelivery, correction, store credit or refund depending on evidence and applicable law.

AtlasMC stores checkout consent, order snapshots, payment IDs, delivery records and support logs to handle PayPal disputes. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may restrict access to the store or delivered perks where permitted by law.
