AtlasMC operates a Minecraft community website, information pages, applications, web rewards, a digital store and related delivery systems for in-game digital content.

• The website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Mojang, Microsoft or PayPal.
• Minecraft names, textures and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• Store purchases grant digital access, perks, virtual currency, crate keys, cosmetics, ranks or commands inside AtlasMC services only.

• You must provide an accurate Minecraft username and any required checkout information.
• If you are under the age required to enter online contracts in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for activity performed using your Minecraft account, Discord identity or checkout details.

• Prices are shown in EUR and may include or exclude taxes depending on the checkout/payment provider and applicable law.
• Payments are processed by PayPal or other enabled providers. AtlasMC does not store payment card data.
• An order is not final until payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Coupons, promotions and limited offers may be changed, paused or withdrawn when legally permitted.

Digital products are delivered automatically in-game after confirmed payment through connected Minecraft servers.

• By ticking the checkout consent box, you request immediate digital delivery after payment confirmation.
• You acknowledge that once digital content has been delivered or consumed, withdrawal/refund rights may be limited to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law.
• Delivery requires the correct Minecraft username and may be delayed by server maintenance, plugin downtime, queue processing or third-party outages.

• Refund rules are explained in the Refund Policy.
• If an item is not delivered, duplicated incorrectly or delivered to the wrong account due to a system fault, contact support before opening a payment dispute.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refunds or payment disputes after successful delivery may lead to account restrictions, store restrictions or revocation of digital perks where permitted by law.

• Web reward outcomes are validated by AtlasMC systems. The frontend animation is cosmetic and cannot determine the reward.
• Rewards may be limited by cooldown, mode, account verification, anti-abuse controls or availability.
• AtlasMC may correct obvious reward configuration errors, fraudulent claims or abusive redemptions.

• All players must follow website rules, server rules and staff instructions.
• Digital goods do not grant permission to break server rules.
• If an account is banned for serious rule violations, access to perks connected to that account may be restricted according to the rules and mandatory law.

• Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, outages and updates may occur.
• AtlasMC is not liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, third-party outages, Minecraft platform changes or payment provider downtime except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Personal data, cookies, localStorage and consent tools are covered by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where configured, iubenda provides the hosted policy and consent management layer.

• These Terms may be updated to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The last update date is shown on the legal pages.
• Governing law: Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
